Eagle Eye Wine and AlphaWOLF Olive Oil apply Certified Fish Friendly Farming and Green help dictate our sustainable farming practices. This one of a kind property and concept was created by husband and wife team Roxanne and Bill Wolf. Roxanne is the artist and Bill is the grower/chef who together developed the masterful blends like their world famous “Voluptuous.” All of our wines are blended to be in balance between fruit, acid and oak with no harsh finish. We make 6 to 8 different wines each year in that 400 to 700 case range so we may better control the process and quality.
